Matt’s Marketing Express provides ongoing monthly support focused on improving booking flow, client communication, and local visibility for service-based businesses.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

• booking flow setup and improvements
• website or landing page adjustments related to booking
• booking integration support
• missed call or inquiry follow-up setup
• appointment reminders and confirmations
• review request setup
• Google, Apple, and Bing listing support
• related updates, adjustments, and monthly support

Services are provided based on the client’s current setup, needs, and business goals. Not every feature or task will apply to every client.

Work outside the normal scope of service, including major redesigns, advanced custom development, paid ad management, or additional one-off projects, may require separate approval and additional fees.

3. Purchases and Payment

We may accept payment through third-party payment processors and online billing platforms.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information for all purchases. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees at the time of purchase or renewal.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

4. Subscriptions

Billing and Renewal

If you purchase a recurring monthly service, your subscription renews automatically each month unless canceled before your next billing date.

By subscribing, you authorize Matt’s Marketing Express to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until canceled.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at matthewlanzarottomarketing@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals only and does not create a refund for the current paid billing period.

Fee Changes

We may update subscription pricing from time to time. If pricing changes, we will provide notice before the new rate takes effect.

5. Refund Policy

Because our services involve digital setup, support, strategy, implementation, and related work, all payments are non-refundable once billed.

Canceling a subscription prevents future charges only and does not create a refund for the current billing period.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Matt’s Marketing Express does not guarantee any specific number of leads, bookings, appointments, revenue, or business outcomes.

Results may vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, your business, offer, responsiveness, reputation, market conditions, competition, traffic sources, third-party platforms, and implementation.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide any information, access, approvals, content, logins, or communication reasonably needed for us to perform the services.

Delays in communication, missing access, or failure to provide required materials may delay implementation or affect results.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Some services may rely on third-party tools and platforms, including website builders, CRM systems, scheduling software, automation platforms, directory or listing platforms, and other service providers.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, technical issues, account restrictions, or disruptions caused by third-party platforms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, branding, layout, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Matt’s Marketing Express unless otherwise stated.
